BRITISH ROYAL FAMILY CAUTIONS TO THE PAPARAZZI
Lawyers representing the Williams Family, second-in-line to the throne, and his pregnant wife Kate, have circulated written letters to the freelance photographers asking them to stop following Prince George, Prince William's lawyer said.
The caution on the paparazi came after an incident in a central London park last week when an individual was spotted near Prince George and his nanny.
"They are obviously concerned," a spokesman for the royal couple said.He added the men had "over a period of time established a pattern of behaviour that we think amounts to harassment of Prince George and of his nanny".
He said they believed some pictures of George had appeared in European publications but not in Britain, where the press has exercised greater restraint since Diana's death.
However, the royals complained about harassment of Kate before the couple married in 2011.

I Slept On The Streets Of Ghana just To Make It – Patoranking
Patoranking was recently in Ghana for a show last week where he had an exclusive interview with top Ghanaian radio personality Bola Ray on Starr 103.5 FM. In the course of the interview, he revealed that his music career actually started off in Ghana.
According to him, 'I started music from my mum's belly, but dancehall has always been something that I grew up listening to and it was perfected in Ghana.'
Patoranking's first trip to Ghana, according to him, was in 2007 after he was admitted into Cape Coast University. After a year at the university, he dropped out due to financial constraints.
"I had to move from Cape Coast to Accra. I was sleeping on the streets of Osu just to make it. We must make am now…survival at all cost', he said before adding: 'The only option I had at that point was making it in life because I just had to change the course of my family, the face of my family you know…being the first child…I just say thank you Lord and to everybody that never doubted me. I pray for them still and we're still together,' he added.
It is on record that while hustling in Ghana, Patoranking met a young Ghanaian entrepreneur named Lanky on the streets of Osu who partnered with him to achieve his dreams. Lanky started a production company called Black Rhythms Entertainment and made a few tracks with him, the songs enjoyed some airplay but it was difficult to break through in Ghana so he returned to Nigeria and the rest, as they say, it history.

Hired SSS Operatives Shot NYSC Boss’ Son In Bayelsa State
Preye was said to have been shot in the stomach in Peretimi Hotels located at Imgbi Road, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, where he had lodged.
The victim alleged that the manager of the hotel hired operatives of the Department of State Security to shoot him.
He said on Sunday that three suspected DSS operatives were personally led by the manager of the hotel to deal with him and finally shoot him in the stomach.
It was learnt that following the incident, the hotel was shut down for about five days after some of the workers were arrested, detained and later released by the police.
Preye, who hails from Bomadi, Delta State, spoke in his hospital bed at the Surgical Ward of the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, where he is lying critically ill.
Preye, a building contractor and founder of Prezimo Global Resources, said he lodged in the hotel on September 30 with his cousin, Mr. Nathaniel Alaweremi.
But he said trouble started when he had an argument in the room with his cousin over some financial miscalculations.
The quarrel, he said, attracted the hotel manager whose office was located directly opposite their room.
Preye said, "Last week, Tuesday, I came into Yenagoa so, I went to Peretimi Hotel on Imgbi road. I got there and paid for a room. I had little argument with my cousin on monetary issues involving our construction.
"Our voices went high due to the little argument. The room I lodged in was opposite the manager's office. She came and accused us of chasing one of her customers away because of our noise.
"She said we were so noisy and didn't think we could stay in her hotel. So, we said no problem that she should refund our money to us. I approached her and told her that as a manager, she was not supposed to treat her customers like that. She immediately responded and said she would show me."
Preye, who was writhing in pains, said the manager left them and shortly came back with three armed persons he identified as SSS operatives.
He added, "She left and came in with three SSS men. They were in suites and they wore glasses with two guns and a big riffle. Immediately, they asked my cousin to leave the room. They locked me inside.
"Everything looked suspicious to me because I know that it is not how to arrest a person. While I was trying to plead with the manager that the matter had not got to the level she took it, the SSS men punched on me.
"The next thing I heard was a shot and I realised it was on my stomach and I fell to the ground inside the room and they started hitting me. The other one said, 'empty his pocket' and they took all my money, my ATM cards, my wrist watch, pulled my trousers, took my shoes and my car key.
"It was a clear robbery. They now dragged me outside. I was on t-shirt and on boxer shorts. They dragged me through the pavements; all my ribs were paining me.
"Then they fired two shots into the air. When my cousin came to where I was lying, they threatened to shoot him on the leg.They took me into their bus and went away. When we got to the station, they put me on the ground and I was bleeding."
When asked the name of the station he was taken to, he said, "I did not really no because I was dizzy but it was an SSS station. On the ground, I was bleeding and shouting everybody refused to attend to me.
"But when they saw the amount of blood coming out of my body they now decided to take me to the hospital. So, I was asking why they shot me like a common criminal. They said that they are security agents and they choose to do whatsoever they wish to do and that there is nothing I can do."
The 32-year-old man said he lost all his valuables including about N100,000 to his attackers during the incident that happened between 12pm and 2pm on the fateful day.
Preye continued, "They shot me in my stomach. One of the bullets went in and came out. The other bullet that went in, they still haven't seen the bullet and the doctor here said I have to go for further check abroad because they have done their best.
"They said even if they see the bullet, they can't operate it. So, this is the situation. These men were so confident of themselves because they said I can't do anything. I think they have been doing this kind of thing."
His cousin, Alaweremi, who corroborated the story, insisted that men of the DSS were persons hired by the hotel manager to beat and shoot his cousin.
He said, "The manager was laughing at my brother's ordeal and she said that we got what we were looking for. My brother did nothing wrong. The doctors are saying that they couldn't handle the case here and that he should be taken abroad. Where will the money come out from to run these expenses?"
Though the state Director, DSS, Mr. Dawa Everest, could not be reached for his comments, the Commissioner of Police, said he had yet to get details of the incident.

A New Twist: Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Name Removed As Trustee Of Church’s U.K. Branch
The face-off between the Founder of Believers Love World (aka Christ Embassy) Chris Oyakhilome, and his wife, Anita, has taken a new dimension with Mr. Oyakhilome now removed as a trustee of a United Kingdom's branch of the church.
With Mr. Oyakhilome's removal, his wife, Anita, now presides over a seven-man Board of Trustees of the N8.2 billion rich branch, church documents reviewed by Premium Times have shown.
The six other members of the board are Obi Chiemeka, Ifeoma Onubogu, Nkem Odiakah, Raymond Okocha, Tony Obi and Uche Onubogu, all pastors believed to be loyal to Mrs. Oyakhilome.
Mrs. Oyakhilome has for long headed the U.K branch of the church but her husband, before what appears his sudden removal, had since inception presided over the Board of Trustees of the charity.
The new development suggests that in addition to the matrimonial squabble the couples are having, an intense power struggle and battle for the soul of the U.K. branch of the church might be going on between the estranged lovers and partners as well.
In fact, Mr. Oyakhilome had dropped the first hint that there might be a hierarchical row in the church when he reportedly accused his wife of acting like an equal and wanting to overpower the authorities of the elders she met in the church.
Premium Times review of documents filed by the church's UK branch to the Charity Commission of England and Wales has now shown that Mr. Oyakhilome is no longer a registered trustee of a branch of his church with total asset worth over N8.2 billion (£31 million).
Until he was recently abruptly removed, Mr. Oyakhilome was consistently listed as a prominent trustee since 1996, when the branch was established.
Contrary to the church's practice of stating reasons for removal of trustees in the past, no reason has been given for the removal of Pastor Oyakhilome.

The State Commissioner of police in in Birnin, Kebbi who confirmed the incident while speaking with a reporter on Thursday night; said the incident occurred between 3.00pm and 4.00pm same Thursday at her residence at Zuru Center (ZC), Zuru , in Zuru Local Government of the state.
He added that the 75-year-old Saratu was hit and killed with a pestle by unknown persons and her body alongside her 12-year-old granddaughter was dragged and dumped in a well.
"She and her granddaughter were murdered and then dragged into the well inside the house. I don't think it was by the use of gun. They used a pestle to attack them.
"It appears not to be murder for robbery because she was having some money in her handbag, money from sales from her provision store outside the house.
"The bag containing the money was also dumped with the bodies inside the well. We also discovered wraps of money possibly for contribution in the house because she was a woman leader in the community. The unspecified amount of wrapped money was not touched.
"So that made us think that it was not robbery that led to that but probably assassination. But we are investigating the unfortunate incident," he said.

In a new youtube video posted on the church's verified Facebook account, a South African man named Lawrence Moala who claimed he was arrested and delivered by the Holy Spirit at Synagogue Church Of All Nations, said a lot of things and how the devil anointed him to be the lord of darkness and the main reason T.B Joshua must be stopped from coming to South Africa. Below is how Abiodun Alade of Vanguard reports it.
The Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, has shared a video on the verified facebook account of T B Joshua ministries, which purportedly indicated that 'Satan' and its agents are bent on stopping Prophet T.B Joshua from visiting and delivering South Africa from the grip of the devil.
Some worshippers are alleging that it might not be unrelated with the collapsed of the church's guesthouse in Lagos, claiming the lives of almost 115 people, mainly South Africans.
In the 37 minutes, 19 seconds video available on the Youtube Channel of the church, Emmanuel TV, a South African Lawrence Moala, who claimed to be Lakozi (the lord of darkness) in the occult world, alleged that he was initiated into the satanic fold at the age of 11 by Lucifer at a mountain in South Africa.
He claimed that he and others in the group were assigned to destroy the churches in South Africa. He narrated how they deceived many church leaders through financial gains and other means. He alleged that with such help, they gained access to various departments in the church, especially the holy communion, were they were able to 'mixed their blood with the red juice and red wine' which the churches offered to their members thus initiating them into their kingdom. He also attested that they mixed their semen with the 'holy water' been shared to church members as a way of destroying the church and its members.
However, in 1996, he claimed that he was specifically assigned to destroy T. B Joshua. Narrating how he met Lucifier who gave him a special mission to 'destroy the angel of God that is in this world in human body. I asked who that angel was. They said the angel of God's mission was to raise the dead churches and the dead leaders who we have destroyed through our mission… The angel behind T.B. Joshua himself, they told us that was the angel we must destroy through the power of the demon through lies that he was part of Satanism and that he was not sent by God".
He claimed they used the power of demons to destroy the churches in South Africa to manipulate them to speak bad about T.B Joshua. He noted that he has been on the mission to destroy the ministry of T.B. Joshua since 1996 with many failed attempts until he was arrested by the spirit of God during the Deliverance service.
Moala claimed, during the deliverance, that the kingdom of darkness was afraid that the coming of Joshua to South Africa will liberate most of the churches and pastors under their bondage.
"Prophet T.B Joshua- we were told that he is the last prophet of the last days. He is the right, appointed and anointed prophet to raise the churches and leaders.
We were afraid that he was coming to South Africa to raise the churches that were already under our kingdom. We were afraid that he was going to raise the pastors that were already under our kingdom knowingly and some unknowingly. We were afraid that he was coming to bring back that first power of light, that first power they had in them, so we wanted them to be destroyed and be under our kingdom forever, that was why we spread rumours and lies about him," he said.
Although the date of the deliverance service conducted by Wiseman Daniel was not stated, there was indication that it was a Sunday Service.

Hedima, who was showered with praises by thousands of Nigerians on Saturday, reportedly kept a dignified composure in the face of death in the hands of Abubakar Shekau and his heartless boys.
Hedima's colleagues on different social media on Saturday said the gallant man, who was born in 1975, crashed the aircraft into an area where Boko Haram militants were and killed at least 63 of the insurgents. On the Facebook page of the Nigerian Army Support Group, his friends wrote:
"It is with deep regret that we announce the death of a true Nigerian hero, Wing Commander Chimda Hedima. This man was a hero of the highest order.
"On September 11, 2014, a company of Nigerian Army soldiers attempted to overrun a Boko Haram position in Borno. Due to the low altitude, the plane suffered significant damage from the terrorists' gunfire.
"Wing Commander Hedima and his partner realised that they were going to crash..."They, instead of hurriedly parachuting to safety within Nigerian controlled territory, chose to embark on a mission to destroy as many terrorists and their weapons as possible. They parachuted out at the last minute but not before ensuring that their plane slammed into a column of terrorists in which 63 Boko Haram members were killed as a result of their bravery.
"Wing Commander Hedima was captured. On September 12, he was killed.
"He chose Nigeria, he chose all of us. We cannot forget him. Please share his story. His name should be known by everyone.
"Rest in peace Commander, we are grateful. May you find eternal peace."
Before reporting the beheading of Hedima, French news agency, Agence France-Presse, had reported that it was in possession of a Boko Haram video that showed that Abubakar Shekau, a leader of the sect, was still alive.
This came a few days after the military's Director of Information, Maj.-Gen. Chris Olukolade, said Shekau had been killed early September in Kodunga, Borno State. The military had also shown photographs that it claimed showed the corpse of Shekau.
But Shekau, in the video, described as propaganda the claim by the Defence Headquarters that he had been killed. While claiming responsibility for shooting down an Air Force jet, the video also showed the beheading of the pilot.
His brother, Parry Hedima, wrote on his Facebook page that Hedima's shoes were too big to fill. He said, "There is a big shoe to fill. Lord I need your feet."
One of Hedima's friends, Musa Salmanu, also described him as a hero. May his soul rest in peace!

The victims, mainly South Africans, died when a six-storey guesthouse belonging to the church caved in on September 12.
The embattled clergyman, who said he knew something tragic was to befall his ministry, noted that he prepared his parishioners on how to handle the tragedy.
In a statement posted on the SCOAN's official Facebook page, TB Joshua warned his critics against accusing him of failing to foresee the disaster that befell his ministry.
"For those who are outside the Lord, they would not know. When you are outside God, you will not know what I am talking. When you are outside the light, you cannot understand what I am talking.
"For the three weeks before the incident, if you heard my message and sat down, you would know I was giving you a vision and prophetic word on how to handle the situation at hand. Trials and tests are for our belief. I go by the directives of God," TB Joshua claimed.
Accusing his critics of being "used by Satan," the televangelist said they were just out to "disturb" the faith of his local and international members with "negative words."
According to him, all the "Satanic agents" criticising him over the circumstances surrounding the incident, would soon "suffer for it."
Since none of his critics is unable to help him raise the victims from death, TB Joshua argued that they should stop rubbishing his ministry or risk paying dearly for it.
Those who could not stop what happened (building collapse), he said, should be "careful of their tongues" as "anybody can go for it.
"I have been on this journey for 27 years. Do you think God can close His eyes and rubbish everything here? They are asking God to bring more evidence of whether He is the one who called me. Warn everyone to be very careful. This issue at hand is a delicate issue.
"People are using this to gain money and friends. This is a warning. Whatever people want to write let them write; they will be the ones to read it. I said our God would get back to them. He has started somewhere. He is coming. If your brother is involved, unless he can resurrect the people who died, he will join them. If you can resurrect the people who died, you can go free.
"The servants, the people who sent them; the people who heard the stories all around and those who want to use it for themselves and to disturb my spirit, you may likely join them. Be careful. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Let us be very careful with our tongues,"he warned.
Urging those questioning his calling not to sway his followers, he added that they should extend love and affection to the victims and relations of those involved in the tragedy.
The prophet insisted that the 115 victims were martyrs, adding that their relations would see the continuation of the work of God "they died and suffered for.
" Your responsibility is to the victims and the relations of the victims and martyrs of faith. If you say you are born again, wherever the victims and their relations are, wherever the relations of the martyrs of faith are, look for them. Let them know you are praying for them. What you eat; let them eat it.
"What you wear; let them wear. What you have on your table, let them have it on their tables, too. Share what you have with them – YOURlove, prayer, affection and strength. Share it with them at this time. This is what we call 'born again' – my pain is your pain. Your joy is my joy.
"The multitude of people who claim to be with T.B. Joshua in prayer – if the same people turn to the families of the victims and martyrs of faith, don't you think life would be better for them than before? Join them; look for them, as many other things they are doing now," TB Joshua added.
